Ludivine was a key member of the French Embassy communication team in South Africa. During her two-year term, she conceptualised and implemented a new social media and communication strategy for the France in South Africa network, which lead to an increase of 12% in our followers on all our platforms. She initiated contact with infleunceurs and thought leaders which enabled us to increase our reach to young people in South Africa. I would highly recommand her as a skilled communication professional.

We brought Ludivine on board for a challenging six-month mission at the Danielle Mitterrand Foundation, during which she played a key role in preparing and delivering two major—and very different—events for the organization. One was a large-scale public event focused on awareness and remembrance, while the other was a two-day gathering designed as a forum for dialogue and exchange with a more targeted audience, specifically from social movements. These projects required a high level of adaptability, the ability to quickly take ownership of complex topics, and to communicate clearly and impactfully with diverse audiences—all under tight deadlines. Ludivine rose to the challenge brilliantly. Attentive, curious, and constantly evolving, she also brought ideas and took initiative throughout her mission. She quickly mastered the wide range of communication and organizational tools the role required, and consistently delivered high-quality visuals and deliverables. Her enthusiasm, open-mindedness, and empathy were especially valued both within the team and among our partners. As her supervisor, I found it a real pleasure to work with Ludivine. She quickly grasped expectations while also expressing her own needs, ideas, or questions with clarity—always remaining constructive and solution-oriented.

My experience working with Ludivine was incredible. As the Communications Officer for the 3 main French scientific research institutions (namely IRD, CNRS and Cirad) on a regional scale in Africa, I came to collaborate with Ludivine working at the French embassy on numerous occasions. What a refreshing breeze it was! Ludivine is passionate, a good listener, and a resourceful creative individual. She is responsive and very good at working in teams. Her kind and open-minded personality makes her an ideal candidate for multicultural positions.
